We want to get your Nuittape order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! Here is everything you need to know about how we handle your delivery.
How long will it take? First, our team takes about 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) to carefully prepare and pack your order. Once it’s ready and handed over to our delivery partners, the shipping journey usually takes another 7 to 10 business days. Overall, you can expect your package to arrive at your doorstep within approximately 8 to 12 days.
Where do we ship and w hat does it cost? Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States. Standard Shipping : 4.99$ on all orders across the USA.
Tracking your order As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to check on its progress and see exactly where your order is at any time.
Our carriers and split shipments We work with a variety of reliable delivery and postal services to ensure your items arrive safely. Because we want to get your items to you as fast as possible, if you order multiple products, they might occasionally arrive in separate packages. If this happens, don’t worry - each shipment will have its own tracking number so you can stay updated.
A quick note on delays While we always aim for your order to arrive within the expected timeframe, please keep in mind that external factors—like busy holiday seasons, carrier issues, or customs procedures - can sometimes cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience during these times!
Lost packages and incorrect addresses If your order seems to be lost or is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at support@nuittape.com. We will investigate the issue right away and find a solution for you.
Also, please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Since we rely on the information provided to us, we cannot be responsible for packages that go undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
