At Nuittape, we want you to feel completely confident and happy with your purchase. If things don't work out exactly as you hoped, please rest assured that our return process is designed to be clear, simple, and stress-free.

You have a full 30 days from the day you receive your order to decide if it’s right for you. Whether an item is defective or you just changed your mind, we are happy to accept returns as long as the product is unused, in its original condition, and still has all the original packaging and tags attached.

Starting a return is very easy. Just send us an email at support@nuittape.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through every step of the process. You won't have to worry about extra costs because return shipping is completely free. We will handle the payment with the delivery service once the package makes its way back to us.

If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund - maybe for a different size, color, or style - simply let us know in your email. We’ll be more than happy to help you find the perfect alternative that fits your needs.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take a few extra days for the balance to show up in your account. If you have any questions while waiting, please reach out to us.
